The Total contract price field in the properties of a project initially shows the total amount that you enter yourself. As soon as you add one invoice term, the field shows the total of all invoice terms.
To clarify this, 'Term' has been added to the field name in the data collection, resulting in Total contract price BV (term).
Because if you create more installments, the total contract price also changes, a new field has now been when using the Construction activation: Total agreed contract price. This way you can keep track of the first total amount you agreed on with the customer. In addition, with the Construction activation you have access to the calculated totals from the terms and the bills of quantities. These are therefore divided into original and additional/less work.
The Total agreed contract price field is only visible after you have enabled it in the project profile.
You can now easily calculate your tail costs in Profit per pre-calculation. Long awaited and now finally here!
This concerns indirect costs such as General construction costs, Injury, Risk and CAR. In addition, it is possible to set up two free tail costs yourself.
You can set the tail costs you use and how high they should be as standard: at a high level in the project settings, per project group, project and also per pre-calculation.
You can now make small calculations, directly in the line of the booking layout for preliminary calculations in Profit. Think of additional/less work. The advantage is that you no longer have to go to a separate calculation program, which saves you time and effort.
For this purpose, it has been made possible for a work type to have multiple units. By changing this in the line, you can make a different calculation. In doing so, you take into account the standard hours ('what is customary in hours x the average wage rate (as agreed with the client)').
This works from the moment the CUF file is read in. The tail cost calculation is also included in the small calculation.
An optimization has been implemented compared to the price revision on invoice total.
If 1 factor is used for calculation, we will revise the total value and therefore round to only 1 total amount. This prevents possible 'cents' differences between the calculation in Profit and the Belgian government as client.
The old situation 'revision per line', where different factors can be applied and where the amounts are rounded per line, remains available.
It is now possible to add preliminary calculation lines to the (existing) work budget with the UpdateConnector preliminary calculation (KnQuotation).
Depending on which view you use the Submit or Confirm the option selection list (lines) action in, the following will now happen:
