Include lists in email messages with subtemplates

Profit can send all kinds of email messages automatically (or you can send them yourself by pressing a button in the workflow). You can now include lists in these email messages, for example, a list of outstanding entries, leave entries, outstanding workflows, open vacancies, etc. You use subtemplates for this.

Signing into AFAS Online

The two-factor authentication for AFAS Online by using text messaging will end on 1 January 2022.
The reason for this change is that text messaging is not the safest choice as a second factor for logging in. Many parties still use text messaging as a second factor, but in the reports on security, it is clear that there are risks corresponding with this. For example, logging in through text messaging is vulnerable to interception. Do you still use text messaging? Then please switch to logging in by using AFAS Pocket. This is safer and you do not have to retype the code, making it easier too!

To log on succesfully, please use one of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari or Mozilla FireFox.

More great functionality

  • Open an analysis without the PCC
If you open an analysis via InSite, the analysis will now be generated on the AFAS Online servers and then it will be opened on your PC. This means that your data is even better protected, because all data processing takes place on our servers and as a customer you only see the final result. This applies to all analyses that you open via InSite.
Because of this, you do not have to install the PCC on your PC. If you don't have the PCC installed, there is one drawback: you van'r refresh the analysis. Should this be necessary, you will have to reopen the analysis.
  • New alert checks for user group updates
The new User Group Autofill alert (Profit) checks whether user groups have been updated. This is important for user groups that are filled based on a selection, a job or a personal role. It is important that groups are updated every day (or night) so that your authorisation is up to date. If a user group has not been updated for more tha
n one day, you will receive an alert.
